– 8 Cartofi
– 4 linguri de ulei de masline
– sare si piper
– 1 catel de usturoi
-un varf de cutit de boia
Cartofii se curata de coaja si se spala, apoi se feliaza din loc in loc, insa cu mare atentie, avand grija ca feliile sa ramana unite la baza. Intr-un bol se amesteca uleiul de masline cu sare si piper, usturoiul pisat si boiaua. Se ung cartofii cu acest amestec si se dau la cuptor intr-o tava pentru cca 1 ora, pana cand sunt patrunsi si rumeni pe deasupra. Pe perioada coacerii se mai ung cu amestecul de ulei macar de 2-3 ori.
Se servesc simplii sau ca si garnitura.
Deasemenea, puteti adauga in crestaturi sunca si cascaval, astfel aveti o gustare completa.
