-un borcan de 800ml de pastai -2 rosii -2 morcovi -2 ardei rosii -2 ardei verzi -400 ml de bulion -3-4 catei de usturoi -carnat de casa -sare -piper
Intr-o oala fierbem legumele taiate cuburi si condimentate cu putina sare si putin piper cca 20 de minute. Adaugam pastaile (daca folositi pastai proaspete le adaugati de la inceput impreuna cu celelalte legume), carnatul taiat rondele si inecam totul cu bulion. Completam cu apa si condimentam daca mai este nevoie si lasam totul la fiert pentru cca 20-25 de minute sa se intrepatrunda aromele. Adaugam usturoi feliat/pisat si presaram verdeata.
