-o ceapa mica
-100 g branza camembert
-200 ml smantana pentru gatit
Se spala ciupercile si se taie in patru. Ceapa se caleste in putin ulei si se adauga ciupercile, se condimenteaza dupa gust, apoi se adauga 200 de ml smantana lichida si se lasa pe foc pana cand incepe sa fiarba. Cand incepe sa fiarba adaugam branza si amestecam bine sa se omogenizeze. Lasam pe foc pana cand scade putin sosul si se ingroasa. Presaram verdeata tocata marunt, apoi pastele fierte si scurse se adauga in tigaie peste sos. Se servesc calde.
