Daca sunteti in impas vis-a-vis de ce sa mai pregatiti pentru micul dejun, aceasta este rezolvarea. O omleta simpla si plina de arome faine. Si nici nu trebuie sa petreceti mult timp in fata aragazului, doar 2-3 minute.
Ingrediente (pentru 2 persoane)
-2 fire de ceapa verde
-2 linguri de lapte
-sare si piper
-50 g file somon afumat
-putina zeama de lamaie
Bateti ouale impreuna cu laptele, sarea si piperul si ceapa verde tocata foarte marunt. Prajiti omleta intr-o tigaie (eu nu am pus ulei deloc). Serviti fierbinte, cu fasii de somon pe deasupra picurate cu zeama de lamaie. Cu paine prajita este excelenta, pofta buna!
