Primiti-ma pe ultima suta de metrii cu gemul de mure, nu de alta, dar chiar mi-a iesit de nota 20! Siiiii e primul gem de mure pe care l-am preparat, asadar trebuia scos la vedere 🙂

-zeama de la o lamaie
Murele se spala foarte bine, apoi se pun intr-o cratita cu fundul mai gros si se amesteca cu zaharul. Se lasa macar 1 ora sa lase sirop, apoi se pune pe foc mic sa fiarba. Si se fierbe si se fierbe pana cand se ingroasa si are consistenta dorita. Pe final am adaugat si zeama de lamaie, am mai dat un clocot, apoi am pus gemul in borcane curate, iar la iarna vom profita din plin de gemul asta minunat.
