Atunci cand pregatesc ciorba de fasole boabe, las intotdeauna un castronel de fasole ca sa fac salata. De obicei adaug ceapa rosie, ulei, sare si piper, dar si muraturi. Este o idee foarte buna pentru o masa de post.
Fasolea se tine o noapte in apa sa se umfle si se fierbe a doua zi in 2-3 ape. Am fiert-o in 3 ca sa stiu o treaba! Dupa ce am strecurat-o bine am pus-o intr-un bol si am adaugat castraveti murati taiati rondele, gogosarii taiati fasii si ceapa solzisori. Am adaugat putin ulei si am condimentat cu sare, piper si cimbru uscat. De ornat…patrunjel. Se poate adauga patrunjel tocat si in salata. E foarte gustoasa!
