– 10-12 ciuperci champignon – o ceapa mica – 2 catei de usturoi – 50 grame sunca – 2-3 felii de cascaval sare piper boia
Ciupercile se spala si se curata de pielite. Se taie coditele si se maruntesc. Ceapa si usturoiul se taie marunt, apoi se calesc coditele, ceapa, usturoiul si sunca taiata cubulete in foarte putin ulei. Se condimenteaza dupa gust, iar palariile ciupercilor se umplu cu compozitia de mai sus.
Se aseaza intr-o tava si se pune pe deasupra fiecarei ciuperci cate o felie de cascaval. Se pun la cuptor la o temepratura de 180 de grade pentru 15 de minute. Calde sunt foarte bune, insa merg si reci.
