-500 ml apa minerala
-7 linguri de faina
-o lingurita de indulcitor lichid
-un varf de cutit de sare
-1 lingurita coaja de lamaie razuita
Intr-un bol se toarna apa si faina cernuta in prealabil. Se amesteca cu ajutorul unui tel pana cand amestecul este omogen, apoi se adauga restul ingredientelor. Clatitele se coc in tigaia bine incinsa (optional se unge cu ulei).
